The LVM100 is a 24VDC low voltage motor built to run curtains, blackout systems, and roof vents, including the higher-load demands of dairy barn curtains. It lifts up to 1,750 sq ft on a single bar curtain or 875 sq ft on a double bar curtain (square footage measured length × width).

Setup and limit switches
Directional travel limits are set with two adjustment dials on the limit switch housing, one per direction. Each dial moves a cam closer to or farther from its switch — moving a cam away from its switch increases that direction’s travel. [Link to limit switch setting video]
Before wiring to a controller, the motor can be run on a 24V or less portable tool battery to set limits at low speed while standing next to the motor.

Wiring: 14 AWG wire for runs under 100′, 12 AWG for runs over 100′. Motor housing must be installed above the limit switch dials (motor on top) — mounting upside down voids the warranty. Applying 110VAC or 220VAC directly to the motor causes immediate, permanent damage and voids the warranty.
