LVM100 Greenhouse Rack and Pinion Motor

Included with the LVM100 greenhouse rack and pinion motor is: the mounting plate and hardware, external limit switch, and (2) universal 1.3″ or 1.6″ drive shaft adapters (fits inside 1.315″ OD or 1.66″ OD, 16 gauge pipe)

We understand low voltage vent drives and your needs for a powerful, reliable motor.  The LVM100 has been specially designed to meet the unique demands of a rack and pinion ventilation systems.

You can automate this motor by using one of our environmental controllers or integrate it into your existing system with one of our interface boxes.

We exclusively sell double-poly rack-and-pinion systems, and we’ve sized our motors accordingly. Use this rule of thumb:

• LVM100 – Reliably opens and closes greenhouses up to about 96 feet long
• LVM250 – Reliably opens and closes greenhouses up to about 200 feet long

If you purchased your rack-and-pinion system from another manufacturer: Every system is different—materials like glass, polycarbonate, or different poly configurations significantly affect motor requirements. For accurate sizing recommendations, please consult your greenhouse system supplier, as they know the specifications of their system best.
