This thank-you is hideously overdue. In April, the Metropolitan Farm in Closter, NJ had a problem with a side vent. Spencer Rhoad and Rich Hite were able to determine the problem was a rectifier, and helped me to replace it. I learned how to use a voltmeter without electrocuting myself and without damaging additional electrical components. Due to their expert guidance, I was able to install the new rectifier (I tend to try to avoid fixing things that cost more than I make in a reasonable period of time!). Joann Keller-Thomsen kindly shipped out the replacement part at no cost.
I wish to thank the aforementioned people, and others that I spoke with when I called. Everyone I dealt with was very kind, very professional, and very, very helpful. I’m sure it was a very busy time of year for your company (doesn’t everything in this industry go crazy when spring hits?), but everyone I spoke with, especially Spencer and Rich, generously gave me their time to fix our problem. Thank you all again.
