Many of our customers retrofit their existing curtain systems with our manual operators to insure better and safer openings for their employees.

When it comes to extrusions, we have some of the best!!!

Our Roll-Bar Cap allows you to upgrade your old system to a Roll-Up/Lock Down System in a snap.  By clasping single or multi layers or curtain materials against any standard 1" or 1.315" OD pipe, tension can now be applied in either rolling direction.

If choosing to upgrade your existing Roll-Up system to one that locks down, order the Posi-Clasp Roll-Lock.  This extrusion creates a fully sealed covering at the bottom of the roll-up side eliminating air infiltration and heat loss.  Another major benefit is the elimination of wind flap and the extending of poly life.

1. Using our WireLock Base on your gable end bows, a double poly sidewall covering can be attached first over the gable end with the 1st wire.
2. The double poly roof covering can also be installed with a 2nd wire.
3. AND a shade cloth can still be attached with a 3rd wire.

Our WireLock Base and Double WireLock Base is deeper than most.  It will accept up to 3 layers of wires and multi-layers of curtain material depending on your needs.  Both are available in 8' and 12' lengths.

• Available in 8', 10', 12', 14' and 16' lengths so that it makes it simple to connect - at any angle - to existing structural members, wall or floor surfaces.
